【摘要】法学专业在全国高校设置,但法学实践教育仍然滞后于我国高等教育发展的实际需求。尤其是在地理位置和政治资源不占优势的地方高校,如何走一条自身实际的特色法学实践教育之路,是希望探讨并尝试若干解决途径的关键所在。构建一个具有地方特色的法学网状实践教学体系,将有助于地方高校探索一条法学高等教育的创新之路怎样写论文。

Approach a characteristic netted texture of law practicality teaching system in locality university
【Abstract】The Law speciality has been set up generally all over ourcountry. But the law practicality teaching can not adapt to thedevelopment of university education. Locality university has not gain the upper hand in geographical position and political resuorces. So the letter approach a characteristic netted texture of law practicality teaching system, and brings out some new ideas for locality university.

所谓特色法学既体现在高校及其主导专业的特色上,培养出来的学生既懂专业技术,也要懂法律规制;又体现在适应该专业产业化中的国内外人才市场对该类人才的需求上保险论文。-以上为可参考的写作提示
