摘要:专业承诺和学习倦怠分别反映了大学生积极和消极的学习心理,了解当前大学生在这两个不足上的近况对提升教学质量有重要的现实作用。国内外已有大量学者作了相关的论述探讨和实证探讨,但是从往的探讨很少涉及到英语专业的学生,也很少有探讨者讨论这两者与学生成绩的联系。本探讨的目的就是了解当前英语专业大学生专业承诺、学习倦怠的情况并尝试分析这两者与英语成绩的联系,希望能为英语教学提供几点启不。探讨者利用连榕教授等人编制的《大学生专业承诺量表》和《大学生学习倦怠量表》对湖北大学外国语学院305名英语专业学生进行了调查。学生的英语成绩为他们的综合英语(一、二年级学生)或高级英语(三、四年级学生)成绩。所有数据均用SPSS13.0处理。探讨者首先分析了不同性别,不同年级的学生专业承诺和学习倦怠的情况,然后分析了专业承诺和学习倦怠之间的联系。在讨论专业承诺、学习倦怠和英语成绩之间的联系时,因为各个年级学生的成绩不具有可比性,所从探讨者选取了一年级学生代表低年级学生,三年级学生代表高年级学生,对两个年级分别进行了分析。探讨结果表明:英语专业大学生专业承诺处于中等水平,其四个维度中,规范承诺最高,继续承诺最低。男女生的专业承诺没有明显差别。一年级学生的专业承诺明显高于三、四年级学生,二年级学生专业承诺与其它年级没有明显差别。英语专业大学生学习倦怠处于中等水平,其三个维度中,行为不当最严重,情绪低落程度最轻。男生的学习倦怠比女生的学习倦怠更加严重。二、三年级学生学习倦怠明显高于一年级学生,四年级学生的学习倦怠与其他年级没有差别。英语专业大学生专业承诺与学习倦怠呈明显负相关,专业承诺的四个维度中,情感承诺是学习倦怠最重要的预测变量。一、三两个年级学生专业承诺与英语成绩没有明显相关,学习倦怠与英语成绩呈明显负相关,学习倦怠三个维度中,行为不当是一年级学生英语成绩最重要的预测变量,情绪低落是三年级学生英语成绩最重要的预测变量。本探讨对教学的启迪:我们可从通过降低学生学习倦怠来帮助学生提升英语成绩,提升学生专业承诺有助于降低学生学习倦怠。注重提升高年级学生的专业承诺,改进教学办法,组织丰富的课外活动,提供就业指导,让高年级学生在较大学习压力下仍然喜爱自己的专业并对自己作为一名英语专业学生的未来充满信心。注重降低二、三年级学习倦怠,提供学习对策指导,提升学习效率。对于低年级学生要严要求,多约束,防止出现行为不当的现象。对于高年级学生,要帮助他们合理安排学习时间,精神饱满地投入专业学习。男生的学习倦怠比女生更严重,需要更多关注。关键词:专业承诺论文学习倦怠论文英语成绩论文
