简谈芬奇以接受美学视角看文学翻译中文化损失补偿要求

摘要：本论文主要探讨了文学翻译历程中文化的损失及补偿不足。翻译作为一项跨文化交际活动,如实地传达原文中的文化内容,推动不同文化之间的交流是其首要目的之一。然而,在翻译历程中,由于不同的地理环境、社会习俗和宗教信仰等等理由,文化的损失在所难免;那么,如何通过补偿,最大程度地减少损失便成为每位译者所要解决的首要不足。文章在梳理了国内外涉及翻译损失和补偿的论述的基础上,进一步论证了翻译补偿的必要性与可能性,强调翻译作为特殊的跨文化语言的交际活动的确有着不可译性,却不有着不可补性、无论存有什么损失,译文都可以在不同程度上获得补偿。继而,文章在讨论文化与文学翻译的联系之后,浅析了英汉翻译历程中必定出现的文化损失现象,指出造成损失的理由,提出翻译中文化因素的流失可以而且应该通过各种手段进行补偿,进而探讨了怎样通过文化损失的补偿对译文进行提升,说明了补偿对于文学翻译的积极作用。接受美学是一种强调读者能动作用的文学批评论述,该论述在翻译探讨中的运用引起了探讨者对译文读者的接受历程的关注,认识到了译文读者对译者在翻译历程中的翻译对策策略的选择所起的积极作用。本论文引进接受美学作为探讨文学翻译中文化损失补偿不足的论述新视角,说明在补偿文化损失历程中,译者应当充分考虑译文读者的阅读期待和接受水平,努力使译文读者的期待视野与译文达到融合。文章通过浅析接受美学中几个重要概念在翻译中的具体体现和对文化损失补偿的启迪,深入讨论了接受美学参照下的文化补偿原则。文章指出译文读者对译入语文化的接受是一个渐进的历程,读者的期待视野是一个不断变化的动态历程。精准把握读者当前的接受水平,是译者处理好文化损失补偿额度的关键所在。一般说来,补偿的额度随着读者接受水平的提升而降低本论文采取Dan Brown的力作The Do Vinci Code及其朱振式主译的中译本作为案例浅析文本,这不仅是因为它曾荣登全美所有主要书评排行榜之榜首,成为有史以来最卖座的小说,更是因为这部小说涉及了历史、宗教、艺术、建筑、数学等诸多领域,涵盖了社会文化的方方面面。在这样一部小说的翻译中,其文化的流失是不可避开的；但中译本仅在2004年一年里就被重印了18次,在中国引起了轰动。同时,这本负载了大量文化信息的小说得以成功翻译也说明了文化传播是可能的,关键在于借助适当的补偿策略和手段。至此,补偿的可行性和实际效果在翻译实践中得到了印证。上面陈述的论述将在浅析中得以检验,其中的一些不足也将会暴露出来。文章浅析了中文译本中涉及文化损失时,所采取的各种补偿策略.为译者选择合适的策略处理文化损失提供参考。最后,本论文尝试得出以下结论：尽管文学翻译中文化的损失在所难免,但是只要运用恰当的补偿手段,损失是可以在不同程度上得以弥补的。根据接受美学论述,在处理文化损失的历程中,译者应使读者获得原文美学价值的享受的同时使译文读者获得文化探讨的享受。通过案例浅析我们发现了一些行之有效的文化补偿策略。补偿策略的选择依赖很多因素,各补偿手段既不固定统一,相互也无必定的优劣之分,译者应该灵活运用。关键词：补偿论文文化损失论文接受美学论文《达·芬奇》论文
