摘要： 广播剧创作工作实际，阐述了广播剧创作要挖掘本土资源、在前期策划上下功夫，要力求在内容和表现手法上有新意，并就如何人才的培养使用，保持广播剧创作的持续发展了硕士论文答辩技巧。
Abstract： Combining with the practice of radio drama creation, this paper expounds that the radio drama creation should attach importance to mining native resources and concentrating effort in preliminary plan, try to keep new in the content and the expression means. How to pay attention to cultivation and use of talents , maintain the sustainable development of radio creation are discussed in this paper.

石家庄人民广播电台制作广播剧已经有二十多年的历史了，在广播剧创作上取得了一些成绩，其中广播剧《热血英魂》、《菊坛雅韵》、《北风吹》连续三届全国“五个一工程”奖，还有多部广播剧中国广播奖、中国广播剧研究会专家奖、广播电视文艺奖、省文艺振兴奖等。-以上为可参考的写作提示
