sh and teaching methods by them. I was never trained by foreign teachers before. So I was a lucky dog in the summer. I've got many teaching methods from them， the following methods are some methods I learn from them. I think it's useful for our teachers. Especially the seven laws.
So far， I he got much knowledge about teaching well and how to get on well with students. I he learned the seven laws of the teacher. The first law is the law of teacher. In this law， we know， if we stop learning today， we stop growing tomorrow. As a teacher， I am a primarily a learner. I must keep growing and changing my knowledge， as long as I live， I learn and as long as I learn， I live. So I know I must study the lessons anew or afresh everyday.
In the second law， we learn the law of education. Because the way students learn determines how we teachers teach. So as a teacher， we needn`t teach them all the knowledge we know， but the knowledge they want to learn. It's not important to give students knowledge， It's the most important to stimulate and derecate the students' own activities. So I know what a teacher should do is teaching students how to think， how to learn， and how to work.
The third law is the law of activities. The maximum learning is always the result of maximum involvement with one condition： The activity must be meaningful. As a teacher， my task is not to impress learners， but to impact them； Not just convince， but to change them， If teaching were only telling， all learners would be brilliant. The fourth law is communication. A teacher exists to bridge. The gap with his students and communicate knowledge. As teachers we must find things in common between us and our students and build a bridge that can span the gap and provide for a flow of knowledge. So as a teacher， we must learn to listen to our students. Communication goes in two directions： Part 1， we must listen to what the students say how they are feeling， what their dreams are， what they want for the future and try our best to encourage them to reach their dreams. We must tell them： You can do it and can do it better. After communication， we still he a feedback to the students. Ask students to tell us what they he got after trying their best on learning. And then encourage them to do better. Most people like praising including our students. So praise them， they will do better than what you want.
The fifth law is the law of heart. The heart embraces the whole human personality： one's intellect， one's emotions， one's will. So the purpose of teaching is to impact all three areas in order to see change. Teaching is causing people to learn. The effectiveness of a teacher is not based on what you do but what the learners does as a result. So make your students change and be positive， you are succesul to be a teacher. But how do we change our students？ At first， we must know them and understand what they want. Second， we must earn the right to be heart. The third， we are willing to become vulnerable. If we really love students， we can get their believable and we can teach them well.
The sixth law is the law of encouragement. Teaching tends to be most effective when the learner is properly motivate. As a teacher， we must know what're students' motivations. When we tap into what motivates a person ， we can easily motivate them to do even the most difficult challenge. There are two types of motivations： intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. nsic motivation is more important than the extrinsic motivation. So a teacher's task is to provide extrinsic motivation that will trigger or ignite the motivation with your learners. One of the best ways to trigger motivation is to help the learner become aware of their needs.

The last law is the law of readiness. The teaching-learning process will be most effective when both student and teacher are adequately prepared.
