浅析冲突在华高校中美外语学习者处理跨文化课堂冲突对策比较题目

摘要:由于中国和美国在高等教育领域频繁的文化交流与合作使得相关探讨日趋增加,但其中跨文化师生冲突的探讨因文献较少而有较大的学术诉求,这对于两国高等教育领域的跨文化交流有着重大的论述与实践作用。本论文比较了在中国高校学习的中美初级外语学习者解决课堂上跨文化师生冲突的处理方式,旨在说明中美两国学生在处理跨文化冲突时所采取的对策的差别。作者采取问卷调查方式进行数据收集,并用专业数据浅析软件对所收集的数据进行浅析,最后用比较浅析法探讨中美学生的跨文化冲突处理方式之间的不同以及文化价值观和其所采取冲突对策的相关性。问卷设计修改了拉希姆的冲突对策度量表并采取了被多尔夫曼和豪威尔修改过的霍夫斯泰德设计的文化价值观度量表,得出的探讨结果在讨论部分进行了详细说明和讨论。探讨结果表明:1)中美高校外语学习者在解决跨文化师生冲突时选择处理方式相同。两组学生最经常利用回避对策,其次是协商,妥协,退让对策,最后是主导对策。2)除了长期-短期导向,其他四个维度,即个体主义-集体主义,男性主义-女性主义,不确定规避及权利距离均与5种冲突对策显著相关。3)美国学生的文化价值观发生转变,这与霍夫斯泰德1980年代探讨中对中美文化的划分有所不同。这些文化价值观的变化经浅析后发现与探讨采样策略,跨文化交流语境,探讨操作与文化融合影响有关。关键词:冲突解决对策论文霍夫斯泰德文化维度论文跨文化师生课堂冲突论文
