试议调查研究内蒙古师范SQA-HND项目中实施英汉双语教学目前状况调查集

摘要：自上世纪80年代起，全球化成为世界进展的显著特点，高等教育国际化也应运而生。高等教育国际化是指不同国家之间、不同民族之间、不同文化之间的高等教育领域中的交流、合作与竞争。在我国，随着革新开放的不断深化，以及我国成功加入世界贸易组织，社会对人才的需求已经以单纯掌握英语或只掌握专业知识转变为需要既精通专业知识又懂英语的复合型国际化人才。在全球化日趋激烈的背景下，中国与其他国家之间的学术交流日益增加，中外合作办学项目也逐年增加，并成为我国高等教育国际化的一个主要的途径，也是实现我国培养复合型国际化人才目标的捷径，同时被国家教育部列为进行大学英语教学革新的途径之一。内蒙古师范大学开展了多个中外合作办学项目，其中一个是中国教育部留学服务中心与英国苏格兰学历管理委员会合办的英国高等教育文凭项目(SQA-HND项目)。内蒙古师范大学以2004年开始引进SQA-HND项目至今已经8年之久，所以在项目双语教学实践方面形成了一定的规模。此项目涉及五个专业，本论文以人力资源管理专业为例，对内蒙古师范大学SQA-HND项目中英汉双语教学的实施近况进行调查。在文中双语教学主要指英汉双语教学，即采取英语和汉语对非英语课程进行教学。文章通过对项目师生进行问卷调查、访谈、课堂观察，旨在回答以下三个探讨不足：1.内蒙古师范大学师生对SQA-HND项目中双语教学的态度和理解；2.内蒙古师范大学SQA-HND项目双语教学的特点；3.内蒙古师范大学SQA-HND项目双语教学实施历程中有着的不足。为了回答以上三个探讨不足，笔者对随机挑选的200名项目学生和14名项目教师进行了问卷调查，对其中的10名学生和5名教师进行了进一步的访谈，并对其中的3名教师的双语教学课堂进行了观察。通过探讨，笔者了解了项目师生对于SQA-HND项目下双语教学的态度和对双语教学的理解，总结了内蒙古师范大学SQA-HND项目双语教学的特点和有着的不足。虽然有关中国双语教学的各种探讨已有不少，但是对于SQA-HND项目的探讨却寥寥无几，所以本探讨具有一定的实践作用，对于其他SQA-HND项目中心和内蒙古师范大学英汉双语教学具有指导作用。通过SQA-HND项目双语教学近况的调查对教师教学和教学管理部门提出了一些倡议，也为内蒙古师范大学其他双语教学项目提供了参考倡议。关键词：SQA-HND项目论文双语教学论文调查探讨论文
