摘要：Communication一词常被学者们翻译为“交际，交流，通讯”等。InterculturalCommunication，即跨文化交际学，作为一门新近成长的边缘学科，其覆盖的领域是多方向的，在与传播媒介探讨产生交集的时候也可译为“跨文化传播”。现代的传播媒介中，电视依然是能够接触到最广泛受众的媒介。电视剧作为一种大众文化产品，是文化探讨的重要对象。2011年在中国的电视屏幕上呈现出了“穿越剧热“，而在美国,有关时空穿梭的电视剧集也层出不穷。以霍夫斯塔德的文化维度论述为依托，本论文运用量化内容浅析法对中美两国同一时期电视屏幕上抽样的时空穿越剧集进行跨文化比较。根据霍氏在世界价值观调查中所获得的五个主要维度（放纵与约束维度未纳入本探讨）的相关数据提出五个假设（其中两个假设在数据收集历程中因无法得到有效验证而摒弃），最终在个人主义/集体主义，男性气质/女性气质以及不确定性规避三个维度上产生有效假设：1.中国时空穿梭电视剧集中凸显的个人主义会显著小于美国时空穿梭电视剧集。2.中国时空穿梭电视剧集中相比美国时空穿梭剧集有着较少的不确定性规避。3.中美两国时空穿梭剧集中有着相近的男性气质，中国略高。由霍氏的相关著作中的差别列表结合小型调查而提炼出了适用与本探讨的比较项，采取霍氏获得其数据的相似策略通过学生编码员对各比较项的编码对两国时空穿梭电视剧集样本进行综合浅析比较。数据浅析结果显示在不确定性规避维度上，美国时空穿梭电视剧集体现出较大的不确定性规避；在个人主义维度，中美两国的该类电视剧集体现出十分接近的个人主义特性。在男性气质维度，与假设相反，中国剧集中有着显著的女性气质特点，美国剧集则凸显出相当的男性气质特点。本论文并且就本探讨与霍氏探讨结果有着的差别进行了进一步的浅析。关键词：霍夫斯塔德论文跨文化交际论文中美时空穿梭电视论文文化维度论文不确定性规避论文男性气质论文个人主义论文
