【Abstract】 The professional stress of doctors and nurses is one of important factors which impact on the doctorpatient relationship. This article intends to investigate the current situation of professional stress exerted on medical staff and existing problem，in order to propose some rational and helpful suggests and countermeasures，which contribute to arouse the staff’s working enthusia and reconstruct the harmonious doctorpatient relationship.
