浅议人性化管理理念在临床护理管理中应用效果

[摘要] 目的 探讨人性化管理理念在临床护理管理中的应用效果。 策略 选取2013年3月~2014年2月在本科进行治疗的80例患者及在本科工作的20名护士为研究对象。将20名护理人员随机分为观察组和对照组,每组10名,对观察组护理人员采用人性化管理,对照组护理人员采用常规管理策略。将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组患者由观察组护士进行护理,对照组患者由对照组护士进行护理。分别观察对比两组护理人员对工作的满意度和两组患者对护理工作的满意度。 结果 观察组护理人员对工作环境、同事关系、业务水平提高程度的满意度分别为90%、90%、80%,对照组护理人员分别为60%、70%、50%,两组差异有统计学作用(P<0.05);观察组患者对住院环境、护理水平、护理态度的满意度分别为80%、90%、80%,对照组患者分别为50%、70%、50%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 人性化管理理念显著提高了护理人员对工作的满意度和患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of humanized management ideology in clinical nursing. Conclusion Humanized management ideology remarkably improves job satiaction by nurses and nursing satiaction by patients,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
