摘要：本论文属于翻译探讨报告形式，以对《国际商务礼仪英文教程》中的“餐桌礼仪”的汉语翻译为例，开展了相关内容的撰述与探讨。源语文稿的字数约为10000字，作者以及其简洁明了的文风呈现给读者及其丰富多样的西式餐饮文化。文章内容涵及了赴宴、点餐、餐具摆放、如何面对正式的晚餐和餐后事宜等几个部分，涉及了英语、法语、德语、意大利语，多元文化介入，使其更加具备了世界性，比较全面、充实。翻译界有关翻译对策和手法颇多，但是在翻译历程中，我们既要有效地利用各种策略，同时也要把握好尺度。不但要忠实地体现原文，还要符合汉语的习惯，努力做到形式与内容的统一。“餐桌礼仪”的汉语翻译历程中，把“归化”和“异化”作为主要的翻译对策，能直译的地方尽量不意译，意译的地方要注意分寸。同时“餐桌礼仪”的翻译中具体体现的翻译策略包括增词法、减词法、转换法、倒置法、重复法和肯否表达法。灵活运用，恰当表达。本论文深刻、实际、客观地以餐桌礼仪的翻译上论述了多元文化的介入，体现了全球化的走势，表明英译汉的翻译还需要多种语言文化的参与，要求译者对于多元文化了解、把握，并能适当运用，来解决实际不足。与之同时，通过国际商务中的餐桌礼仪的翻译，以一个特定的视角来解读中西文化差别，显得更具体、更实用。能够帮助读者提升语言的学习，提升自身的素质。关键词：餐桌礼仪论文翻译对策论文翻译策略论文文化差别论文
