摘 要： 专业认可度低、学习的迷惑、社会认可度低是法律硕士（法学）专业学位研究生思想的特点，其关键在于如何解决好明确的专业指导思想与未来发展方向多变、不明的矛盾，以及专业性质定位与法学本科教育、法硕教育、法学硕士教育碰撞与协调的矛盾教学论文。开展研究生思想工作，应和解决好在就业指导、导师配备、组织交流等存在的问题。
