AbstractOver the years, China's traditional legal education system has been in a mode of stereotyped, which depressed and dampened the creative spirit and innovation capacity of students. This essay, via relating to the teaching practice and teaching experience, compares and analyzes major legal teaching methods and discusses the issues in using the aforementioned teaching method in teaching practice, for the purpose of achieving the complementary advantages of these methods so as to produce their integrated effect.
