摘要：从战略联盟理论分析入手，对山东半岛蓝色经济区甩挂运输的发展现状的研究，认真分析甩挂运输的内涵，探讨山东半岛蓝色经济区甩挂运输企业联盟的可行性分析、风险及防范措施，从而甩挂运输企业建立联盟，并在山东半岛蓝色经济区实施迎来了机遇，又迎来了挑战。

Abstract: This theoretical analysis from a strategic alliance to start, through the blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Development District, pull transport status of research, careful analysis of the pull transport meaning, of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone pull transport business alliances feasibility analysis, risks and preventive measures, so as to come pull transport business alliances, and economic zone in Shandong Peninsula blue ushered in opportunities for implementation, but also ushered in the challenge.

山东半岛蓝色经济区以《山东省“十一五”现代物流发展规划》中的“以制造业、商贸流通业、农业等行业需求为导向，加快物流园区、物流中间和物流节点的基础配置；以现代物流理念为引导，大力培育有竞争力的方物流企业集团；以降低物流成本为核心[1]，创建物流管理一体化、物流服务社会化的企业物流管理机制；以经济辐射面和区位为依据，加快中心都市现代物流设计和策划网络经营；积极推进和发展绿色物流，努力修筑现在物流办事体系，把现在物流业扶植山东省服务业的支柱。-以上为可参考的写作提示
