摘要：目的：观察综合护理对子宫切除术围手术期患者的效果。方法：选取2011年3月至2011年12月于我院行子宫切除术的60名患者平均分成两组，对实验组实施综合护理，对照组进行常规护理。依据Zung自评焦虑量表评价患者手术前、中、后的焦虑程度。结果：两组患者手术前、中、后的精神状态以及焦虑程度对比，实验组明显优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：综合护理方法对子宫切除术围手术期患者效果良好，值得广泛实施应用。
