摘要：习语是在任何语言中都有着的一种特殊语言单位。人类在语言交际活动中，习语起着不可忽略的意义。它从最简单的形式，最少的词语来表达丰富的内容和深刻的作用。习语是人类在长期从来所经历和积累的知识和认知的直接表达。它具有强烈的文化色彩，是理解民族文化的最好桥梁。利用习语一方面可从让人们的交流更顺利，另一方面也能反映一个民族的历史背景、思维方式、风俗习惯等因素。长期从来，国内外探讨习语的语言学家和其探讨成果不可胜数。但从前的探讨办法侧重于习语的分类，结构和运用，忽视习语所表达的文化内涵。关于习语探讨，特别是以文化角度对数字习语进行对比体系地比较探讨很少。本探讨从英维数字习语为探讨对象，以文化和语言角度，采取定量和定性分析法对英维数字习语进行比较探讨，试图回答从下四个探讨不足:1）英维数字习语在数字的文化内涵上有何异同点？2）英维数字习语在语音上有何异同点？3）英维数字习语在修辞模式上有何异同点？4）产生异同点的理由是哪些？本论文中分析利用的习语都来自英语和维语习语词典上筛选的语料。下面是该论文的探讨发现。1）在数字习语中的数字文化内涵方面，英语和维语习语中的数字“一”，“二”，“四”，“七”，“百”，“千”等六个数字拥有相同的文化内涵。在差别方面，英语和维语习语中的数字“三”，“六”，“九”，“十”等四个数字拥有不同的文化内涵。2）在语音上的异同点方面：两种数字习语中都有头韵,叠韵和尾韵等语音修辞手法。在差别方面，英语头韵时常常发生在辅音上，很少在元音上。维语在头韵时常常发生在元音上，而很少在辅音上。3）在修辞方面，英维语都有隐喻，夸张，借代，委婉等修辞模式。修辞上两种语言中有着着较大的相似性。4）不同文化因素导致了数字的不同文化内涵，影响大的几个因素有生活环境，社会风俗，历史事件等。相同点的理由主要是因为人类的认知方式具有相似性。语音上的差别是英语和维吾尔语内在的语言差别而导致的。这主要体现在维语具有元音协调的现象，而英语无类此语言现象。本文的探讨成果将会对外语教学，尤其是习语的教与学具有重要的意义和启迪作用。此外，对英语和维语翻译实践也有一定的运用性。探讨成果能够帮助译者应用适当的翻译技艺来翻译英维习语，同时有益于减少英维两个民族在跨文化交际中所产生的误会。关键词：文化内涵论文数字习语论文英语论文维语论文比较探讨论文
