摘要:假设新闻系学生很有可能成为将来的媒体工作者和记者,而媒体工作者应该在有着不同文化背景的人之间的推动对话和相互理解中扮演重要角色。本次调研旨在通过浅析中国两所大学新闻学院学生的认知和态度并以此来衡量他们将来成为活跃的媒体工作者时在跨文化沟通和推动对话能力以及跨文化理解方面的敏感性和技能。通过挑选一所中国沿海发达地区的大学(上海外国语大学)和另外一所内地大学(河南大学),本次探讨尝试一方面建立几个比较图表来阐述发达地区新闻学专业学生和内地同僚们对于他们未来跨文化角色的态度及理解的变化为了找出接触新闻学习仅一年的学生和那些已经学习了三年的学生们在跨文化视角层面上是否有着差别,另一方面,这两所大学大一和大三学生在态度及理解上的不同和变化的比较也被建立起来。结果显示尽管发达地区的新闻学学生比欠发达地区的新闻学学生接受了更多正规的跨文化交流学习,但是以上所有地区的新闻学学生们对于跨文化交流事件的反应是积极的,并且对于其它文化有着极大的尊重。本次探讨同时得出结论:大一新生与大二学生在认知和态度方面并没有显著差距。尽管如此,绝大多数新闻学学生无法与其它文化适当交流。本次探讨倡议今后的学习应该导向在找出以上现象背后的理由。关键词:跨文化沟通论文敏感性论文觉悟论文技能论文新闻教育论文新闻学系学生的跨文化作用论文本论文由www.7ctime.com,需要论文可以联系人员哦。Engpsh abstract4-5
