【摘 要】 目的：总结退药的原因，探讨减少退药的方法, 保证用药的安全。方法：对我院门诊药房2010年7月至12月的患者的退药情况及其原因统计分析论文模板。结果：门诊药房退药原因主要以药物不良反应，退药品种以抗菌药为主。：建议医院加强医疗质量管理，提高处方的质量，增进医患沟通，提高药学服务能力和，以减少退药保障医疗服务的质量。

Analysis of Drug Return Outpatient Pharmacy of Our Hospital

【Abstract】Objective To sum up the reasons for drug return and to explore the way to reduce drug return for improving the quality of medical services and ensuring the medication safety. Methods: The causes of drug return from July to December in 2010 in outpatient pharmacy were investigated and analyzed statistically. Results: The drug return outpatient pharmacy was mainly resulted from the adverse drug reactions. Antibacterials took the lead in variety of the returned drugs. Conclusion: Suggestions such as strengthening medical quality management, improving prescription quality, promoting hospital-patient communication and enhancing pharmaceutical service as well were discussed to reduce drug return and improve the quality of medical service大学毕业论文格式。-以上为可参考的写作提示
