摘要：随着科学技术的高速进展，全球化愈演愈烈。全球联系不断加强，国与国之间在政治、经济、文化等方面相互影响。中国积极了解其他国家，而世界各国也时刻关注中国。特别是2008北京奥运会和2010上海世之后，越来越多的外国人将目光投向了中国，他们不仅想了解中国的历史文化，而且想了解中国的政治进展情况。由此，这就对我们的对外宣传提出了挑战，也加大了外宣翻译的压力。好的外宣翻译有助于为中国树立一个良好的国际形象，反之，则会带来一些不好的国际影响。政治外宣是指与政治相关的对外宣传，它的目的在于向外国读者介绍、宣传中国的政策并表明对政治事件的态度和观点。在中国翻译历史长河之中，政治外宣翻译探讨是一个比较新的领域。通过对当前探讨的回顾，作者发现当前的政治外宣翻译探讨还有着一定的不足：第一，很多译者的探讨基于他们丰富的翻译实践而缺乏系统的论述指导；第二，许多硕士探讨生的学位论文都主要采取语言学派翻译论述来进行探讨，他们探讨的重点在于讨论如何翻译具体的词或是句子。鉴于此，本论文以文化派翻译论述——操控论为论述基础，以2011年第十一届全国人民代表大会第四次会议政府报告翻译为实例来探讨政治外宣翻译。本论文尝试回答三个不足：第一，全球化已经成为翻译的最大语境，那么它对政治外宣翻译又有什么样的影响；第二，安德烈·勒菲弗尔的操纵论述是否适用于政治外宣翻译的探讨；第三，如果操纵论述适合政治外宣翻译，那么它又将如何操控政治外宣翻译。本论文主要采取定性探讨策略。本论文首先浅析了全球化和翻译的联系。浅析表明，在当前全球化这个大背景下，政治外宣翻译既有机遇又面对挑战。全球化给政治外宣翻译提出了新的要求：译者在政治外宣翻译的历程中要注意政治的敏感性和文化的精确性。然后，本论文对安德烈·勒菲弗尔的操纵论述进行了探讨，证明操纵论述适用于政治外宣翻译。最后，本论文以2011年第十一届全国人民代表大会第四次会议政府报告翻译为例，同时以安德烈·勒菲弗尔的操纵论述为依据，提出了政治外宣翻译要受到意识形态、诗学和赞助人的操控。意识形态操控政治外宣翻译的选材、目的及技艺。诗学操控政治外宣材料的理解以及翻译中措辞的选择。而赞助人的操控则体现在他们可以发起翻译活动，选择译者并制约文本的出版和发行。最后，本论文指出意识形态、诗学和赞助人这三个因素相互影响，相互作用并最终导致政治外宣翻译的改写。最后，本论文得出结论：在全球化这个大背景下，政治外宣翻译的探讨不仅要考虑文本内因素，更要关注文本外的因素。安德烈·勒菲弗尔的操纵论述把翻译放到政治、意识形态、经济和文化背景之中，深入探讨翻译历程中影响翻译对策的各个层面的限制。由此，勒菲弗尔的操纵论述适用于政治外宣翻译的探讨并对其有重要的指导作用。关键词：政治外宣论文汉英翻译论文全球化论文意识形态论文诗学论文赞助人论文改写论文
