Abstract: environmental bearing capacity is low, resource constraint obviously, cangzhou was restricted the development of new bohai district important factors. How to deal with the economic development and ecological environment protection, the relationship between the promote the sustainable development of the new city, is worth the new city builder and economic researchers and reflection on major issues.
