摘要:丹尼尔·笛福和托马斯·哈代都是英国文学史上的著名作家。值得一提的是,他们各自的小说《摩尔·弗兰德斯》和《德伯家的苔丝》中有着着一些相似之处。两部作品都以失足女性为主人公,但作家们认为她们不是生来就邪恶的,而是在受到资本主义父权制社会的极度压迫之后才做了不得已选择。文学学批评是一种新兴的文学批评论述,它旨在运用学的策略对文学作品进行评论。女性主义关怀学最主要的内容是批判贬低和歧视妇女的传统论述和道德实践,倡导理性的同情与关怀的道德思想。由此,本论文将依据于文学学批评,集中于女性主义关怀学角度,通过文本浅析的策略对两部作品进行批评探讨。通过对摩尔和苔丝这两位失足女性的悲剧命运以及她们自我反抗经历的文本浅析,我们能够看出两位作家对她们的同情与关怀,对资产阶级父权社会法律、经济和婚姻制度的批判。他们还表达出希望通过作品净化父权社会观念的愿望,即唤起大众对此类贫苦失足女性的理解、同情与关怀,而不是盲目的鄙视与漠然。关键词:文学学批评论文女性主义关怀学论文关怀论文悲剧命运论文自我救赎论文
