简谈文化以文化角度TRIPs协议下中国知识产权保护

摘要：当今,知识经济对我们来说已经不再是个新名词了。知识产权保护也在当今世界越来越受到关注。由此,几乎所有国家都花费金钱和精力来建设和改善本国的知识产权保护,但并非所有国家都取得了理想的效果。在30年的努力后,中国仍然被称为一个充斥着盗版和假冒商品的市场。大多数的专家学者都集中探讨了知识产权立法、执法和经济,本论文则选择以文化角度探讨中国的知识产权保护本论文以文化学角度,透过对知识产权文化本土化的探讨,旨在探讨构建我国知识产权保护制度的对策及我国知识产权保护制度进展前景本论文主要采取文献综述和对策浅析法,最终得出结论,知识产权文化是知识产权保护的积累和沉淀,可以指导并改善知识产权保护的操作执行。关键词：文化探讨论文TRIPs协议论文中国知识产权保护论文知识产权文化论文
