试议关联关联论述视角下中国古诗英译文化误译

摘要：文化误译是翻译中普遍有着的一种现象,它指的是一种文化上的翻译缺陷。按照文化误译产生的主观因素,它可分为无意文化误译和有意文化误译。作为中国传统文化的承载者,中国古典诗歌有着丰富的文化内涵,由此在其翻译历程中难免会出现文化误译。对此国内外的一些学者以不同角度进行了探讨,然而都没能对其进行充分解释。1986年,Sperber和Wilson提出了关联论述,它是认知语用学的基础。关联论述主要关注的是语言的交际与认知,认为人类交际活动旨在实现最佳关联。后来,Gutt将其运用到翻译领域,指出翻译作为一种特殊的语言交际活动,是一种语言间的诠释性利用,同样追求最佳关联。本论文以关联论述为指导,分别对中国古典诗歌英译中的无意文化误译和有意文化误译进行了考察,旨在为此方面的探讨提供一种新的论述视角。探讨发现了此历程中无意文化误译产生的理由,以及其容易导致的交际失误现象。本论文重点是对有意文化误译的探讨,发现译者在翻译中国古典诗歌中应以关联论述为指导,根据语境效果的需要,选择适当的翻译对策,以而实现译出语与译入语之间的最佳关联。同时在翻译中还需要考虑到目的语读者的语言和文化接受能力,对这些对策进行合理的调整,使原文作者的交际意图与译语读者的期待相吻合。总之,对中国古典诗歌翻译的基本原则应该是通过寻找两种文化的最佳结合点,运用适当的翻译对策,尽可能地确保译语读者能像原语读者一样欣赏原文本。本论文的探讨成果对于推动中国古典诗歌英译的探讨,提升中国古典诗歌的翻译质量以及传播中国传统文化都将起到积极的现实作用。关键词：关联论述论文文化误译论文语境效果论文最佳关联论文翻译对策论文
