摘要： 就政府对房地产市场宏观调控背景下，加强保障性住房的建设和管理了初步分析，再次体制下经济适用房政策的弊端，希望加强对保障性住房建设的规范化管理，创造更加和谐的社会环境。
Abstract: This article made a preliminary analysis on strengthening the construction and management of affordable housing in views of government′s macro-control on real estate market, and pointed out the shortcomings of policy of economically affordable housing once again in current system, so as to create a more harmonious social environment through strengthening the standardized management of the construction of affordable housing.
