摘要：英语科研论论文已成为探讨者了解最新科研动态和交流科研成果的重要途径和载体。引言作为科研论文的开场白,承担了多种功能,通常既要提供探讨背景和目的,也要点明当前探讨的重要量和必要性,还要介绍相关论述依据、实验策略和主要成果等。一篇科研论文能否吸引读者,很大程度上取决于其引言质量的高低,因而针对科研论文引言语言方式和特点的探讨十分必要。引言的复杂性和重要量引起了众多学者的关注,他们以不同角度对其进行探讨,但这些探讨大都依据体裁浅析等论述以宏观角度展开,基于语料库的以微观搭配特点层面展开的探讨却少有涉及。词汇型式和搭配始终是语料库语言学的探讨焦点。然而大多数探讨集中在连续复现词汇序列或是节点词与其跨距内搭配词的共现联系,非连续性词汇组合未得到足够重视。“搭配框架”指由两个不连续的词(通常是语法词)组成的框架,关注的即是传统词汇探讨中一直被忽略的非连续性词汇组合,具有重要探讨作用。本探讨采取基于语料库的探讨策略,结合体裁浅析相关论述,以the*of和a/an*of为例,对自建医学科研论文引言语料库(库容为917,977词,含1652篇引言)中的搭配框架进行深入探讨,旨在探讨以下三个不足：1)搭配框架的搭配词具有哪些特点?2)搭配框架对其搭配词的选择是否受到体裁的影响?3)搭配框架能否为语篇的宏观构建和语步交际功能的实现起到积极作用?通过对搭配框架及其搭配词进行检索、互信值计算、语义归类和功能特点浅析,本探讨发现,搭配框架the*of和a/an*of对其搭配词均具有高度选择性,且该选择性在不同程度上受到体裁的制约。框中的搭配词在语法、语义和功能上也高度相关。搭配框架在语篇的宏观构成中同样必不可少,它们所在的短语序列广泛分布在语篇中,并能推动各语步中交际功能的实现。本探讨表明,在医学科研论文引言中,通过探讨由分布广泛的语法词组成的搭配框架,我们能以多词序列的层面快速有效地把握语篇特点。这对该体裁的撰写提供了一定的借鉴和帮助,具有一定的现实作用。关键词：搭配框架论文医学科研论文引言论文体裁论文语步论文交际功能论文
