摘要： 卫生体制的改革、医学模式的转变以及人们自我保护意识的增强，医疗市场中的医患纠纷不断呈现上升趋势，医患关系紧张，其原因是多的，信息不对称是最根本的原因。分析了医疗市场中医患之间信息不对称现象的原因以及缓和不对称的措施。
Abstract: Along with the reformation of health system, the tranormation of medical model and the enhancement of people''s awareness of self-protection, in health care market, the number of doctor-patient disputes are constantly on the rise, and the relationship between doctors and patients are intense. The reasons are various. Among these reasons, information asymmetry is the most fundamental reason. This paper analyses the reasons of information asymmetry between doctors and patients in the health care market, and comes up with some countermeasures to mitigate this asymmetry.
