摘要：面对复杂的市场环境，施工总承包单位要与发包人、分包人签订工程或分包合同，签约方合同签署时对可能承担的法律风险认识不足，在合同执行的中，一旦出现纠纷，会给合同签约一方造成挽回的损失，因此，要对合同管理中常见的法律风险清醒的认识。
