Abstract: The construction of an integrated monitoring platform for radio and television not only has an important role but a great significance， as well as objective realities and requirements of China’s radio and television productivity development. To provide a solid foundation for the scientific management according to law， we should construct a classifying， wide-ranging and technical advanced integrated monitoring system for radio and television.
