摘要：当今世界人们之间频繁的交流扩大到来自不同文化背景的人之间的交际。这种跨文化交际涵盖很多领域,例如,商业,政治,旅游,教育,文化,媒体,以及娱乐等。面度对全球化的走势,跨文化交际的需求成为必定要求。面对这种新走势,由于不同的文化孕育了自身独特的性格和生活方式,对文化差别的理解及跨文化交际技艺的掌握势在必行。跨文化交际相对来说是一门新兴学科,面对日益频繁的跨文化交流应运而生。虽然跨文化交际学起源于美国,但是基于它广泛的实践作用,这个领域引起了世界各国学者的关注。霍夫斯泰德的文化维度论述是目前最具影响力,并被广泛接受的跨文化交际论述。20世纪70年代,他对1BM公司分布在40多个国家的11000余名管理人员做了调查。通过大量的数据浅析,他得出结论,不同文化背景的人在四个维度表分别是集体主义——个人主义,权势,不确定规避性,男性社会女性社会体现不同。他的探讨结果为以后对跨文化交际的探讨奠定了坚实的基础。在经济全球化的加速的大背景下和自身经济的飞速进展,中国有越来越多的机遇与世界各国交流。其中与美国的合作十分紧密。为了提升拥有完全不同文化的两国间交流的效率,本论文选取中美文化为切入点,试图在霍夫斯泰德文化维度论述的指导下浅析两国文化的差别,选取前四个维度在作为浅析中美文化价值观差别的论述基础。本论文旨在找到中美文化交际中的障碍,并在论述指导下挖掘出导致其现象的深层次理由。本论文主要用解释说明的策略来阐述英美文化的差别性。由于文化成型与历史社会因素,对文化历史渊源的探讨也必不可少。为了使解释说明更加生动形象,文中会举出中美跨文化交际障碍的例子作为说明。同时,基于前人的数据收集,一些数据也将被引用到浅析调查中。通过探讨本论文得出以下结论：首先,由于不同的文化背景,中美文化价值观在价值维度方面，分别为,集体主义——个人主义,权势,不确定规避,男性社会——女性社会,呈现出差别性。正是这些差别性导致了跨文化交际中潜在的障碍。其次,中美价值观的差别源于历史,哲学背景差别,有着深刻的历史社会根源。最后,虽然文化价值观的差别不可避开,但是通过培养跨文化交际能力可以一定程度上克服这些障碍。此外,虽然本论文一定程度上对中美文化价值观的差别进行了深思和探讨,鉴于探讨条件的限制也有着一定的局限性,如实验数据的缺乏。相信这些缺憾会在以后的探讨中得到弥补。关键词：价值观论文文化差别论文跨文化交际能力论文
