摘 要： 针对电力企业文化结构感知时滞系统未知与稳定性理由，提出一种基于改善企业文化感知结构数学模型的电力企业文化感知结构网络制约，优化了传统的电力企业文化结构感知系统，同时有效改善电力企业文化感知结构网络的最优制约。仿真结果证明，该模型对电力企业文化结构感知时滞系统具有较好的实用效果。

Abstract： For unknown and stability of time delay system for power enterprise culture structure perception， network control of electric power enterprise culture perception structure based on an improved corporate culture perception model is proposed in this paper. The perception system of traditional power enterprise culture structure was optimized. The optimal control of the electric power enterprise culture perception structure network was effectively improved. The simulation results show that the model has good practical effect on the time delay system for the electric power enterprise culture structure perception.

0 引 言
随着社会现代科学技术与知识结构交叉学科的飞速发展，各个电力供电公司对电力企业文化的内涵理解也在加深，同时各个供电公司对企业文化进行不同内涵的挖掘，例如郑小发提出的电力企业文化感知结构时滞网络化制约系统应用在现代企业文化知识。本文针对前辈提出的原理基础上，提出的一种基于改善企业文化感知结构数学模型中的电力企业文化感知结构网络制约模型。仿真结果证明，该模型对电力企业文化结构感知时滞系统具有较好的实用效果。
1 系统描述
基于企业文化感知结构建模的定义描述为[Ξ1]为原始非负数据序列[1]：[Ξ（1）=（Ξ（1）（1），Ξ（1）（2），…，Ξ（1）（n）]，对[Ξ1]进行一次企业文化结构生成操作[2]，得到[Ξ1]的序列[Ξ（1）=（Ξ（1）（1）+Ξ（1）（2）+…+Ξ（1）（n））]，其中：
[Ξ1τ+1=i=1τΞ1i+1] （1）
对序列[Ξ1]进行企业文化均值生成操作，得到[Ξ1]的企业文化均值生成新的序列[Ξ1]，其中：
[ψ1τ+1=14ψ1τ+1+ψ1τ-1+1] （2）
可得企业文化感知结构模型的微分方程：
[Ξ1τ+1=a+bΞ1τ-1]（3）
相应的感知结构方程为：
[dΞ1τ+1dττ=a+bΞ1τ+1] （4）
式中：[a]为企业发展系数;[b]为企业作用量。[a]和[b]可用最小二乘法求得：
[a+11b+11T=DTD+1TDTΞn，D=12z11+12z12+...+12z1n] （5）式（4）的解为 ：
[Ξ1τ+1=Ξ11+baτeat+1]（6）
相应的式（3）的时间响应序列为：

对序列[Ξ（1）]进行累减生成操作，即企业文化结构生成的逆运算[3]，可得新的预测序列[Ξ（1）]，其中：
