探索个体化健康教育对糖尿病患者存活质量影响

【摘要】 目的:为有效开展糖尿病教育提供新的思路与策略,探讨个体化健康教育对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。策略:随机抽取100例住院糖尿病患者,并将其分成对照组和试验组各50例,两组患者均接受糖尿病药物治疗,试验组患者从入院起实施为期半年的个体化健康教育,利用-36量表对两组患者进行调查,并分析结果。结果:试验组患者心理健康、社会功能、躯体健康、精力、躯体疼痛、情绪角色功能等6个维度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学作用(P<0.05)。结论:个体化健康教育使患者对糖尿病的了解更加深入,不健康心理明显得到改善,生存质量得到明显提高。

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide a new way of thinking and develop effective methods to carry out diabetes education and to explore the effects of individual health education on quality of life in patients with diabetes.Method:100 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetes were randomly selected and divided into control group and experimental group with 50 cases in each group. 随着健康观念与医学模式的日益不同,医疗措施的目的不仅在于延长患者的寿命,更旨在提高患者的存活质量,使其身心健康[1]。因而,转变糖尿病患者的不良健康观念及行为习惯,加强健康教育,对提高患者的存活质量具有重要作用。本研究自2010年起对糖尿病患者的健康教育模式进行改善,对患者实施个体化健康教育,现报道如下。
1 资料与策略

1.1 一般资料
