[摘要] 目的 探讨品管圈运用临床护理路径对永久起搏器植入术患者进行健康教育的效果。 策略 随机将50例永久起搏器植入术患者分成实验组和对照组，每组25例，对照组按照传统的常规方式进行健康教育，实验组成立品管圈，并运用临床护理路径对患者进行健康教育，比较两组的健康知识知晓率和对护理工作满意率。 结果 实验组的健康知识知晓率及对护理工作满意率均高于对照组，差异有统计学作用（P<0.05）。 结论 品管圈运用临床护理路径，通过PDCA循环工作方式，对永久起搏器植入患者进行健康教育，可以提高患者健康知识知晓率和对护理工作的满意率。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle guided clinical nursing path on the health education of patients hing received permanent pacemaker implantation surgery. Results The health knowledge awareness rate and nursing work satiaction in experimental group was higher than that in control group，with statistical difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion Quality control circle application of clinical nursing path carries out health education among the patients hing received permanent pacemaker implantation surgery through the PDCA cycle operation mode，which can improve the patients′health knowledge awareness rate and nursing work satiaction.

临床护理路径是一种崭新的临床护理模式，倍受医学界关注[1]，是依据每天标准护理计划，为一类特殊患者所设定的住院护理模式。它由患者每一个诊断的常规护理计划综合而成，能够帮助护理人员判断患者预后，当患者因病情变化而影响其预后时，护理人员在护理路径上记录这一变化，并立即开始实施必要的干预措施[2]。品管圈是指一群工作性质相似者，以7～12人组成一个小组，选定质量改善主题，以PDCA循环法作为持续质量改善的活动[3]。本科自2012年10月成立品管圈，并将品管圈的PDCA循环工作方式与临床护理路径结合起来，对永久起搏器植入患者进行健康教育，获得满意效果 。
1 资料与策略

1.1 一般资料

选择本科2012年10月～2014年4月永久起搏器植入术患者50例（其中病窦24例，高度房室传导阻滞18例，慢—快综合征8例），随机分成实验组和对照组，各25例。其中对照组中男12例，女13例；平均年龄（62.3±3.5）岁。干预组中男14例，女11例；平均年龄（63.5±5.0）岁，两组的年龄、性别、病情、文化程度比较，差异无统计学作用（P>0.05），具有可比性。
