研讨IVF—ET术后宫内合并宫外妊娠整体护理

论文导读：面的指导和护理来提高患者的生活质量，帮助患者早日恢复。笔者就整体护理措施应用于宫内合并宫外妊娠患者的效果进行了研究分析，现报道如下：
【摘要】 目的 探讨和研究整体护理用于IVF-ET术后宫内合并宫外妊娠患者的临床效果。策略 选取为2013年1月—2013年12月之间我院收治的IVF-ET术后宫内合并宫外妊娠患者18例作为研究对象，采用随机分组的方式分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用整体护理措施，对照组则采用常规护理措施，对比两组患者的护理满意度和心理状况。结果 从两组患者的护理满意度情况来看，观察组患者的护理满意度为100.0%（9/9），对照组患者的护理满意度为66.7%（6/9），观察组显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学作用（P0.05），治疗后观察组患者的SAS评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学作用（P<0.05）。结论 将整体护理用于IVF-ET术后宫内合并宫外妊娠患者效果显著，能够有效提高护理质量和患者满意度，减轻及控制患者焦虑症状，能有效改善病人心理健康水平，值得在临床上推广和应用。

Holistic nursing IVF-ET ectopic pregnancy after intrauterine merger

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of holistic nursing care and research for IVF-ET operation combined with ectopic pregnancy with intrauterine.Method The selection between January 2013 and December 2013 in our hospital IVF-ET postoperative intrauterine ectopic pregnancy with 18 patients as the research object，the use of randomized divided into observation group and control group，the observation group with holistic nursing measure，the control group with routine nursing care，compared two groups of patients with nursing satiaction and psychological status.Results The nursing satiaction from two groups of patients，observation and nursing satiaction were 100% （9/9），the control group of nursing satiaction of patients was 66.7% （6/9），the observation group was significantly better than the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）;no significant differences in SAS score compared two groups of patients before treatment the （P>0.05），after treatment groups were observed the SAS score was significantly lower than the control group， with significant difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion The whole nursing for the IVF-ET postoperative intrauterine ectopic pregnancy patients with obvious effect，can effectively improve the quality of nursing and patient satiaction，reduce and control the anxiety symptoms of patients，can effectively improve the patients' psychological health level，worthy of clinical popularization and application.

宫内合并宫外妊娠指的是至少2个胚胎在不同的部位发育，宫内胚胎属于正常妊娠，而其他部位则属于异位妊娠[1]，这种病例临床较为罕见。而随着人工辅助生殖技术（IVF-ET）的广泛开展，宫内合并宫外妊娠的发生率则有所上升[2]。一般而言，宫内合并宫外妊娠患者的症状被正常妊娠反应所掩盖，并不具有典型性，但一旦未及时处理则会引发严重后果，甚至导致患者死亡。整体护理措施属于一种新型的护理模式，通过对患者的生理、心理双方面的指导和护理来提高患者的生活质量，帮助患者早日恢复。笔者就整体护理措施应用于宫内合并宫外妊娠患者的效果进行了研究分析，现报道如下： 全文地址：www.7ctime.com/nkhllw/lw47510.html上一论文：试议护理风险措施在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中的应用效果
