探讨护理质量制约体系在门诊护理过程中应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨护理质量制约体系在门诊护理过程中的应用效果。 策略 选取2011年12月～2013年1月在重庆三峡中心医院门诊就诊的100例门诊患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。观察组在护理过程中采取护理质量制约体系，对照组给予常规护理模式。对两组患者的护理质量和患者满意度进行评分，然后对护理质量制约体系在门诊护理过程中的应用效果进行分析探讨。 结果 应用护理质量制约管理体系后，观察组患者的护理质量评分为（92.70±2.0）分，对照组为（81.70±1.5）分，观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学作用（P < 0.05）。此外，满意度比较，观察组45例满意，3例稍满意，2例不满意；对照组25例满意，15例稍满意，10例不满意。因此，观察组患者的满意度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 护理质量控制管理体系应用在门诊护理工作中，能够显著提高患者的护理满意度和护理质量评分，有较大的临床应用价值。

Application of nursing quality control system in the nursing process in outpatient department

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of nursing quality control system in the process of care in outpatient clinics. Methods 100 cases of out-patients in Bai'an Hospital of Chongqing Three Gorges Central Hospital from December 2011 to January 2013 were selected， and randomly divided into observation group and control group， 50 cases in each group. The observation group used nursing quality control systemin the nursing process， the control group was given routine nursing mode. The quality of care and patient satiaction in patients of the two groups were graded， and then the effect of nursing quality control system in the process of out-patients nursing was analysed. Results After used the nursing quality control management system， the quality of care scores in observation group was （92.70±2.0） scores， that in control group was （81.70±1.5） scores， the scores in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group， the difference was significant， with statistical significance （P < 0.05）. In addition， comparison of satiaction， 45 people was satiied in the observation group， 3 people were slightly satiied， 2 people were not satiied； but in the control group， 25 people were satiied， 15 people were slightly satiied， 10 people were not satiied. Therefore， the satiaction of patients in observation group was better than that in the control group， the difference was significant， with statistical significance （P < 0.05）.
