摘要：2011年，南方电网公司公布了《基建工程造价管理规定》，对基建工程项目各阶段的造价控制和投资管理纳入企业标准化管理范围。在背景下，电力工程可行性研究阶段的技术经济工作出现了新的要求，广西电网工程建设的特点，就如何做好可行性研究阶段的技术经济做些简要的毕业论文答辩流程。

Abstract: in 2011, southern power grid company announced "infrastructure project cost management regulations of infrastructure projects in different stages of the project cost control of and investment management into enterprise standardization management scope.
