摘要:汽轮机轴封系统的用汽和轴封溢流蒸汽回收的热经济性问题,某电厂1000MW超超临界机组的热力性能试验数据,利用等效热降法了定量热经济性分析计算。计算结果:辅汽供轴封用汽来自四段抽汽比来自冷段再热蒸汽经济;轴封溢流蒸汽回收至7号低加比回收到8号低加经济。分析结果对汽轮机经济运行及节能改造了指导。

Abstract:In view of the thermal economy issues of the turbine shaft gland steam source and the recycle of shaft gland overflow steam, a quantitative analysis method based on equivalent enthalpy drop was proposed in this paper. The data is from the thermal performance test of a 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit . The results show that the shaft gland steam that from 4th section steam extraction is more economical than that from cold reheat steam. The shaft gland overflow steam that recycled to the 7th low-pressure heater is more economical than that recycled to the 8th low-pressure heater. The analysis results he important guiding significance to economicaloperation and improvement for energy-sing of the turbine.
