Later， Citibank wanted Taizi Milk to turn its real estate and land into mortgages. This finally angered Li Tuchun， who filed a lawsuit against Citibank.
However， Li Tuchun lost to Citibank and was forced to mortgage a part of its land to Citibank. And only five days after the judgment， Citibank once again stood in confrontation with Taizi Milk in the court. The result of this time was that both Taizi Milk and Citibank lost the right of the specific land.
In October 2009， Wuxianshan Trel Investment Corporation， which was also involved in the case about the aforementioned land， filed a lawsuit against Citibank， asking for deregistration of Citibank’s mortgages of these land. Li Tuchun， whose Taizi Milk had already gone bankrupt， stood against Citibank once again as the witness for Wuxianshan to assist his former wife， board chairman of Wuxianshan.
