谈谈满意度在中国国际医患交流和医患交流移动助手开发学生

摘要:本论文主要聚焦于中国的医疗服务与其在多文化和多语言环境中所面对的挑战。为了鉴定哪些因素会影响中国医生和外国患者的交流质量,我们进行了问卷调查探讨。结果表明,医患,工作环境和跨文化交际能力都会牵动交流质量。此外,医患分明跟权力距离有联系。基于这项探讨结果,中国国际医患交流移动助手的概念被提出。通过实验我们验证了,中国国际医患交流移动助手能帮助提升患者满意度,提升信息流,减少语言障碍以及解答患者疑惑。关键词:国际医患交流论文医疗患者满意度论文
