[摘要] 目的 了解氯氮平的撤药症状大学生论文查重。方法 对68例服用氯氮平治疗的精神分裂症患者停药一周内分别于停药前后予简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、副反应量表（TESS）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评定疗效和不良反应。结果 停药后BPRS、TESS、HAMD、HAMA总分均高于停药前。 氯氮平撤药症状发生频率高，停用氯氮平需。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate withdrawal symptoms of clozapine. Methods 68 patients with schizophrenia who had been treatedwith clozapine were withdrewclozapine for one week. The brief psychiatic rating scale （BPRS）,treatment emergent sympotoms scales（TESS）,Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMD） andHamilton depression scale （HAMA）wereusedto measure symptoms and side effects before and after withdrawal.Results The scores of BPRS, HAMA and HAMD increased after stopping drug. Conclusion It is suggested that the withdrawal sympotoms of clozapine occur frequently and slow stops clozapine.
