摘要：目前,对法律语言学中的问话探讨主要集中在问句类型和问句功能两大方面。其中,探讨中有着的以下两个不足为部分学者所关注：(1)大部分的探讨把问话当成单个的话语(如,问句)而不是会话序列进行探讨；(2)大部分为法律和社会语言学探讨,鲜有交际的视角(Chang2004:706)。作为对庭审会话中公诉人问话的会话功能实证探讨,本论文结合了会话浅析和语用学两个角度,对搜集的相关语料进行了浅析。具体的说,本论文提出的探讨不足有以下一些：1.庭审中,公诉人问话有哪些会话功能?2.公诉人是如何设计问话来完成这些功能的?3.影响公诉人问话对答语制约的因素有哪些?探讨得出的主要结论概括如下：1.公诉人的问话主要有引出叙述,引出信息,要求确认三种功能。2.是非问句和特殊疑问句多用来引出叙述；一词答语的特殊疑问句用来引出信息；是非问句,选择问句以及被听者认为是疑问句的陈述句(B event)都会被用来要求确认信息。3.公诉人对回答者的合作程度的认知会决定他对回答的制约。不同于他对证人,公诉人对被告人的问话会利用更多的问句类型并且带有更多的对策。这些可以用合作原则来说明。关键词：公诉人论文问话论文会话浅析论文合作原则论文目的原则论文
