简论顺应以顺应论角度2011年《政府工作》英译

摘要：随着中国经济的飞速进展和综合国力的显著提升，中国的国际地位和世界影响力得到稳步提升，越来越多的外国人想要深入地认识和全面了解中国。中国走向世界和世界认识中国的步伐不断加速。年度《政府工作报告》是中国最新国情和进展动态的权威文件，为国际社会正确了解中国提供了确凿的信息来源。《政府工作报告》主要由我国总理向人民代表大会汇报政府前一年或者前五年的工作成就，并对来年和未来五年的工作重心和进展方向做出总体部署，其内容涵盖了政治，经济，教育，文化等人民生活息息相关的方面。由此，《政府工作报告》是加强中外交流和相互了解的重要桥梁。《报告》选词简练严谨，语言正式规范，用句平整，中国文化特点鲜明，极具号召力。其独特的语言特点和篇章布局提升了对英文翻译的要求，然而译文的准确性对中国的国际形象和国际社会对中国的认识具有深远的影响。由此，本论文以语用翻译角度出发，以维索尔伦的顺应论述作为该论文的论述框架，以语境顺应，结构顺应，动态顺应，意识顺应层面浅析《2011年政府工作报告》的翻译，试图为政治性文章的翻译提供一些启迪。该论文共分五章。第一章简要介绍了该论文的探讨动机，探讨目标，探讨作用，材料收集和探讨策略。第二章回顾了政治文献的翻译探讨，并对顺应论在中国的进展和运用做了简要的概述。第三章是该论文的论述框架，介绍了顺应论的起源，阐述了顺应论中的几个主要观点，即语言利用是不断选择的历程，语言的三个属性和四个探讨角度，并说明这些层面不是独立利用，而是相互依存共同构成顺应论的主题。在此基础上，作者认为翻译也是一个不断做出选择的历程。第四章以《2011年政府工作报告》作为语料，在顺应论的指导下，重点以语境顺应，结构顺应的词汇，句法和篇章层面浅析《政府工作报告》翻译历程的一些顺应现象和提出一些具有参考价值的翻译对策。第五章是结论，指出顺引论对《政府工作报告》的翻译具有一定的解释力，与此同时也指出该论文所有着的局限性，并提出这一领域的探讨倡议。关键词：顺应论论文政府工作报告论文翻译论文选择与顺应论文
