摘要：档案信息资源传播者是施控角色和受控角色的统一体论文大全。施控角色表现在档案部门对于档案信息资源质量的三次把关、传播媒介和传播范围的控制。受控角色体现在档案部门的传播活动要受到政治控制、经济控制以及自身控制的制约。分析传播者的控制角色，达到弥补现有档案信息资源传播理论研究不足，档案部门在传播活动中起到的主动控制、计划控制、规模控制的作用。

Abstract：Archival information resources disseminators play both the controlling roles and the controlled roles. The controlling roles are reflected by ensuring the quality of archival information resources at three levels and controlling the media and communication range. The controlled roles are that the communication activity of archival department is limited by politic and economic control as well as self-control. So this paper is aimed to make up the shortage of current theory about archival information and attach importance to the role of archival department in the communication activity.
